In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and the relevant legislation, “İrfan Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.”, selected as the Auditor (Independent Audit Firm) for the year 2021, was submitted for the approval of the General Assembly. Following the vote, it was unanimously approved.
