DONATION AND AID POLICY

Within the framework of its social responsibility understanding, the company may make donations and provide aid to educational institutions, foundations, associations, and public institutions and organizations operating for social, cultural, educational, etc. purposes, with the approval of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the principles specified in the Capital Markets Board and the Turkish Commercial Code.

The form and amount of the donation and the selection of the institution, organization, or NGO to which it will be made shall be in compliance with corporate social responsibility policies. In addition, the company may also make donations and provide aid to foundations, associations, etc., established to operate in areas related to the company’s field of activity. When making donations and providing aid, priority is given to organizations that have been granted tax exemption by the Ministry of Finance.

Donations and aid that would lead to a departure from the principle of protecting shareholders’ rights are avoided.

Donations made are presented to the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the relevant year.
