Packaging Facilities

Under the umbrella of İhlas Gazetecilik A.Ş., our Packaging Facilities commenced operations in June 2022, leveraging one of Turkey’s largest machinery parks in the printing industry, a skilled workforce, and extensive experience in the sector.

Today, operating in a 10,000 square meter open and 6,000 square meter closed area, and employing 105 people, our company, which values labor, supports IT, and overcomes obstacles to investment, production, and employment by setting ambitious goals, aims to quickly establish itself among the “inspiring companies” in the packaging sector.

In the packaging field, our company aims to be among Turkey’s most established firms, possessing a high level of competence and technological infrastructure in all processes of production, planning, and finishing methods. We provide corrugated and cardboard packaging products, without size limitations, to meet the needs of all companies operating in Turkey and worldwide, using offset printed cardboard and laminated box packaging in the food, electrical-electronic, small household appliance, hygiene, toy, textile, cosmetics, automotive, agriculture, and other packaging sectors. We are committed to finding different solutions for our customers and offering quality products at competitive prices.

Environmental-Friendly Packaging

According to the “Paris Climate Agreement,” which includes 197 countries worldwide, including Turkey, one of the biggest responsibilities in Turkey’s efforts to achieve net zero emissions by 2053 lies with the packaging sector. We know that if our country pursues an active climate policy in its efforts to achieve its goals, it will increase its national income by 7%. For this reason, we are aware that “sustainable packaging” is of more importance than ever before to brands, consumers, and our sector.

For example, McDonald’s, a global brand in the food sector, announced that its packaging will be 100% renewable and recyclable by 2025. Similarly, in the UK, all marketplaces have launched extensive efforts to eliminate single-use plastics.

As İhlas Packaging, we are also aware that the concept of “environmental-friendly packaging” is no longer a fad, but a necessity. We remind all our customers that choosing “eco-packaging” will become a necessity in the near future, rather than just an option, and we urge them to have designs created that are as important as the product itself, even at the design stage. We know that any type of packaging has a very serious impact on the environment, from the sourcing of raw materials to the production and transportation stages. Our company recognizes that “eco-friendly packaging” initiatives are a necessity for a more livable world, for our country and our future, and we support these efforts.
